RecorderManager.onInterruptionBegin(function callback)Listens for the event that recording is interrupted due to system occupation
Triggered by system-level interruptions (such as incoming calls or other apps preempting the audio hardware); in-app audio playback does not trigger this event. Recording is automatically paused during the interruption and is not counted toward the recording duration.
