RecorderManager.onInterruptionEnd(function callback)Listens for the recording interruption end event
After the interruption ends, recording automatically returns to its state before the interruption. If it was recording before the interruption, it continues recording after resuming; if it was paused before the interruption, it remains paused after resuming.
