Install and manage extensions

Common Operations

• Find extensions from either the extended view or the extended entrance provided by PinK.
• Check publisher, version, permission and platform requirements before installation.
• Enable and disable extensions to isolate conflicts.
• Pin verified extension versions when a stable environment is required.
• Uninstall extensions you no longer use or whose source you do not trust.

Install VSIX

Local extension packages are formatted in .vsix. Select " Install from VSIX " by extending the view menu or command panel to confirm that the file comes from a trusted source and then reloads the window by hint.

PinK has not yet published its extension-store service address or account and network requirements. This page covers the verified extension view and local VSIX management. If no official source is available, do not substitute an unofficial mirror with a similar name.
