This section uses the SUD platform to show how to build and upload a COCOS project opened in PinK. Before starting, confirm that the project opens correctly and the COCOS SDK matches the project's declared version.
Select a platform
- Open the build and publish page using Project → Build → Game Platform, the Build & Publish button, or the build and publish icon in the left activity bar.
- Select the appropriate SUD platform from the list.
Configure the game
- Enter the build information requested by the page.
- Select an existing game, or choose Create Game if none matches.
- Check the platform, game, and build configuration.
Build and upload
- Select Build & Publish and wait for the build task to complete.
- Check progress using the task status and logs.
- Upload after the build succeeds.
Once the upload finishes and the page reports success, the COCOS project has been published to OpenPaaS through PinK.
Version review
Start a submission and complete your profile
- After building and successfully uploading the release package, open Version management. The uploaded version appears under Development Build.
- Confirm the version number, then click Submit on the right to start the review submission.
- If verification or game details are incomplete, a Pending Profile Completion prompt appears. Click Complete in the lower-right corner of the prompt, then follow the instructions to complete verification and fill in the game details.
- Save and continue the submission. If the next step does not open automatically, return to Version management and click Submit beside the development build again.
Enter the review information
- On the Submit for review page, check Game version number.
- Fill in Description of the version update, using no more than 300 characters.
- Click the plus sign under Game screenshots to upload 3–5 screenshots, including at least one showing the game name and one showing actual gameplay. Supported formats are JPG, PNG, and JPEG, with a maximum size of 5 MB per image.
- To make the version live as soon as it is approved, select Automatically publish after approval.
- Check that all information is complete, then click Submit in the lower-right corner of the page.
Check the review status
After submission succeeds, the version appears under Review Build with the status Under review.
Publish an approved version
Once the review passes, the status under Review Build changes to Approved.
- If you did not select automatic publishing when submitting, click Publish beside the approved version to make it live. For a first release, the production build area remains empty until the approved version is published.
- If you selected automatic publishing after approval, the version goes live automatically once approved. You can then check the production build directly.
After publishing, the live version appears under Production Build with the status Live.
