Scenes and animation
assets/main.scene is Pink Demo's startup scene. It stores the Canvas, title, score, target, reset button, and UI camera. ClickGame.ts on GameController binds these objects and handles scoring, fixed-position movement, and reset.
View and edit scenes
- Wait for project and asset initialization before opening a scene.
- Select a node in the Hierarchy and inspect its components and properties.
- Save the scene before switching projects, closing the window, or building.
- Update script lookups and documentation when renaming nodes.
The complete UI is stored in main.scene. ClickGame connects to scene nodes through Inspector references and handles scoring, events, and state changes. Edit the scene to change the interface. If a node or reference is removed, restore the node and its binding in the editor.
Edit click animation
Open assets/animations/target-pulse.anim in the animation editor to explore click feedback. The repeatable runtime example uses a tween in ClickGame.ts: enlarge for 0.08 seconds, restore over 0.12 seconds, then move to the next fixed position. This keeps runtime verification independent of the animation editor's timeline state.
After animation changes, run the game and verify that the target returns to scale 1 and moves to the next TARGET_POSITIONS entry.
Scene nodes, components, and animation curves are COCOS features. See the COCOS Creator manual for detailed parameters.
